About the Author - Mark Zyga

Mark Zyga with Tibetan Monks Mark Zyga has been working with individuals as a practitioner and hypnotherapist for over 14 years. He has also been teaching part time for almost 30 years in a variety of universities, as well as more esoteric and fun activities such as yoga, meditation and sailing to name a few. The birth of this book is the outcome of his personal journey of adversity and intellect, as well as a desire to help and assist others in their personal process with achieving desired change in a positive direction that aligns with their true core.

His intuitive style of work/play combines the best of Old World, Eastern and Western Philosophy’s. He brings together work in Shamanic Studies, Taoism, Yoga, Tantra, Hinduism and Western disciplines of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Guided Imagery, Nutritional Counseling, Wellness coaching and Psychology.

Mark specializes in Loss and grieving issues using Identity Integration Counseling with Solution Focused Techniques. He is a Certified as a Hypnotherapist, Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Certified Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator, Nutrition counseling and additionally trained as a Reiki Master as well.

His background includes 20 years of solving problems and implementing solutions for over 15 Fortune 100 companies in locations around the country. Mark has also taught at Purdue University, NYU and Parsons School of Design in New York City as well as teaching accreditations in Yoga and Sailing. He has a private practice in Sedona as well as lecturing and teaching seminars around the country.

The nature of this book has been part of his mindset for many of those years as well as his dedication to sharing the enjoyment that life brings. Mark is one who enjoys life to the fullest and all that it has to offer and in his own words;
